Smooth organic Valencia peanut butter, fluffy sprouted fermented whole wheat bread, sweet jelly that has no added sugar, and we add in a mineral complex because we all need a little more minerals in our life.

KRAM PB&J's are optimized for athletes and healthy living. We sprout and ferment the wheat to reduce gluten and other compounds that may be hard on the gut, we include healthy fats to support vitamin absorption/cellular structure. KRAM PB&J's are high in slow burning carbs that will help sustain your glycogen/blood glucose levels.

In the sample pack we will have 2 of each flavor for both THE OG and THE BEAST, so in total 8 sandwiches for a deal.

The best healthy PB&J

The perfect distribution of bread & flavor. KRAM sandwiches are easy to grab & go to have on hand for a long day of meetings, a long run on the trails or any adventure in between you can think of!

Kids love KRAM!

My kids are getting to the age where their friends are coming over and every time they are over they raid our pantry but always complain that they are hungry afterwards. I started handing out the Kram PB&Js and they absolutely loved them! Big time game changer for me and the fam!

Good Snack. Healthy, tasty, but small and expensive

Great quick snack with a solid nutrition profile. Taste was very good, wasn't a smuckers sandwich, but that was not wanted or expected so not a knock at all - just know that's not what you should expect. Only surprise was the size - they were smaller than expected. For the price, I'd like something a bit more hearty.
